My name is Gavin Leo From Aria in China, I’m a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, having been in the tech industry my entire career.
Aria was founded in 2010. It is rapid prototyping manufacturer in China. and foucs on custom injection molding, Mold Making, CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Sheet Metal sevices.
I have started with this blog for several reasons:
- I think a product manager is a profession. To be professional, you always have to learn new things and evolve over time. With a blog, I can think about the learning process that I went through and in some way forces me to come up with new things that I’ve learned every week.
- I really enjoy mentoring and coaching. I have been working with children for almost 10 years and teach various skills about how to evolve. I will continue looking for opportunities to do additional coaching whenever possible. In my opinion, these are some of the most important “projects” I can do. A blog in this sense is a way to scale up what I am doing
